There was 2 younger teenage girls with 2 good size dogs, they went up in elevator before us, so we waited on next elevator, when we got on there was 2 areas of dog piss on the floor . I really didn't think we should have to deal with that at your hotel! Makes me think there could be dog piss in our rooms!!!

The staff members at the desk were great. The lady working in the breakfast area this morning Monday, was VERY RUDE AND ANGRY ABOUT DURING HER JOB. Bringing HOT FOOD ITEMS, I was attempting to get some scrambled eggs, she came up behind me to add additional hot scrambled eggs, She didn’t say excuse ME . I hurriedly got back. Her actions were ANGRY MOVEMENTS. The lady on Sunday, the day before was very nice she said good morning. She smiled. She was courteous while bringing out additional food items.

My husband and I are really disappointed, we were going to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and from the entrance they have a choice of receptionists, terribly none of them greet us, they treated us with despotism and even very ugly racism later, they did not clean our room, they did not allow us to use the pool and they did not even apologize for it. There was no bath soap in the room. The only good thing about the hotel was the girl who is in the kitchen who keeps everything clean, greets and respects

Good value as a place to sleep with breakfast included and shuttle to main area attraction. However, hall carpets are aging and stained. On second night, with room on 3rd floor, folks above were walking quite heavily and noisy with little change upon 3 requests to front desk to request they contact 4th floor room to request they quiet down. Went on until 11 pm.

Took several photos of our room due to the terrible condition. Floors were incredibly dirty, hair and dust all over the bathroom, TP on the floor, grime all in the bathroom floor corners etc.. beds were clean and comfy surprisingly and the breakfast was good. However I would not stay again with the room condition like that for all three rooms i reserved.

Nasty Inn Niarga

We were expecting much more from a Hampton Inn by Hilton. We have stayed at many Hampton Inns through the years. You can stand and look at the bed and it looks like a hammock. Except a hammock is much more comfortable. After wearing socks and shoes all day when you come back to the room and take your shoes and socks off and walk across the carpeted floor to take a shower before you go to bed. The shower floor ends up dirty from all the dirt on your feet from the carpet when you step into the shower from just the short walk from the bed to the shower. We would not stay here again, nor would we recommend it to anybody we know. The bright spot of the entire stay was the front desk clerk, Samantha when we checked in. She had a great smile was polite and very friendly.

Very overpriced for an old hotel with minimum renovation to rooms. The Comfort Inn a few blocks away and the Holiday Inn over the bridge on Grand Island are by far superior places where we have stayed over the last 10 years.
