Book Motel 6 Newport Beach accommodation from AU$253

A/C did not work and technician did not show up after calling twice. Had to leave the room at 10:00 pm in the middle of the night because it got hot and suffocating. Front desk provided a different room with functional A/C but only upon my insistence. Not the experience I would have expected at a Hyatt property.

Hotel is amazing Staff can be incredibly rude and stuck up. Especially the hostesses at the restaurant. I wasn’t going to say anything, but it’s mind blowing how rude they are. They need some serious training, being rude and standoffish is not the level I would expect from Pendry. Property and rooms are 11/10 Staff needs serious work. Be nice to people. That simple. Be helpful. Be accommodating.

I stayed at this hotel for business purposes. The price was decent and parking was free so that was my main attraction to this hotel. It is a bit of an antiquated property but gives you the basics for a short stay in the area. However, my room was not very clean (floors not totally swept or wiped down as I could see debris and light dust in areas under counters so definitely not a very detailed cleaning of the room) and there was a bug infestation. I would warn others to inspect their room for cleanliness if you choose to stay here as they could do a better job cleaning overall and ensuring "bugs" are not in rooms. The lack of cleanliness and invasion of bugs in the room is highly disappointing and due to this I would not recommend staying here based on that.
