The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was fresh and lot of varieties. Very conveniently located close to the Newark airport and we received free airport shuttle services, which was great!

Didn't have Breakfast but it smelt great. The staff for the most part was okay. However, the night my family and I checked in there was a staff member behind the desk who clearly was upset with previous guests and all he kept saying was he was ready to quit and they were racist. That's fine to be upset if you were treated wrong but dont take it out on the next guest. My wife had made a few purchases from the store and his interaction was very poor. Later that evening we called to get some assistance with the pull out bed. My wife asked could someone come up to assist. The only response from the same gentleman was ummmhmm and he hung up. We did speak with the manager on duty the next morning and she did apologize for his behavior and waved the parking fees. But the treatment that we received will still make us consider stay elsewhere in the future if needed.

Bathroom over flows, ruins our clothing on the floor and not even a penny reimbursement for clothing we had to throw away. Staff is so rude and not one person even said happy holidays. Do yourself a favor, pay a few dollars more and stay somewhere else. We will never return. Place should be closed.
