Room was freezing, did not have a working TV and the hotel did not offer wake-up call service. When we went to the guy at the check in desk to inquire about these these issues the guy only said that the services were not provided. He barely made any eye contact with us because he was busy doing something on his phone. He also offered no type of apologies for the room not having, heat, a working TV and not proving wake up calls. Would never make a reservation at this hotel again.

Waited from 11-3pm they refused to do early check in even when rooms became available, upon entering there was a bug on the wall the rub was not properly cleaned at all shower didn’t work but the heater was ok if it’ss 1 night only thing yes other than that do not book here
