Staff was very friendly and helpful, and kept the lobby spotless and welcoming. Room was very clean and modern. Bathroom was a good size, water pressure was adequate. Beds were reasonably comfortable. Noise from neighboring rooms/floors was very audible, especially at night. The television software was constantly rebooting, and cable channels had poor reception. The option to use Netflix was appreciated.

NEW BUT MANY PROBLEMS

I stayed 5 nights. My room was NEVER cleaned. My room was full of bugs: stink bugs, cockroaches, and bed bugs. When I complained, I was told they’re not cockroaches. The stink bugs fly and were in the shower, on the drapes, the ceiling, the walls and on my clothes in my suitcase, and in my shoes.

Very new and very clean hotel. I was surprised at how nice it was. They even have a safe, microwave, and a little refrigerator in the room. I was very impressed with the place.

Great location for visiting friends in Newark, short walk into the center with plenty of shops and places to eat. Room was very spacious. Only slight downside was being able to hear other rooms TV loudly through the walls and very little storage space for clothes
