This is our second time staying here for Pokemon Go Fest; the included breakfast is good, rooms were clean and modern looking. Staff is very accommodating and last time we were there they had found my watch charger and called me and kept it at the front desk.

Not the best. Ammenities need improvement. Almost all doors slam. Also could have been cleaner. You can tell the room needed a bit TLC when you walked in.

Very easy to get to the Staten Island ferry to get to Manhattan. Breakfast was great! Staff were very nice!

We had a nice stay at the hotel. We were there just overnight while traveling to visit friends in New York. The staff was very friendly, and the facility was clean. There were two weddings happening the night we stayed, so the lobby was quite busy. The front desk staff noticed that we were tired from our long drive and kindly offered to find us a room in a quieter section of the hotel. My only suggestion is to create an area for walking dogs, as we were traveling with a small dog and there wasn't anywhere for him to relieve himself.
