The hotel is well kept and the staff is very pleasant. No complaints there. Unfortunately, LIC is NYC migrant capital with shelters and Queensbridge housing projects surrounding the hotel and parking is extremely limited.

This hotel is clean, modern, the staff are friendly and helpful, and overall it's great. The only issue is the neighborhood - it's located in an area of Long Island City which is run down and dirty. I would not consider walking at night.

Ok for the price but location not great

It was fine for the price. The location is in a sketchy neighborhood with no decent amenities close by. The ice machine in the lobby was broken and no other options were available.

My issue was there was the light in my room didnt work like at all. Given a wheel chair accessible room; that caused the shower to wet the whole bathroom. No microwave in the room and the tv only had local channels and animal planet.

I was very happy stay this property but bit disappointed with Receptionist with straight long hair should be trained better..unfriendly . Not show her hospitality!!!! Breakfsast was good, the young man who incharge breakfast cleaning dining area n quick reffil. He is even very warm and friendy then the girl long hair in receptionist.

HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY. No hot water. Not a nice area to stay. I did not feel safe. Noisy area. At 1am the plumbing pipes began rattling and clanging so loud I thought it was a jackhammer outside. Do not stay here.
