Room service was excellent. Always met with a clean and tidy room every time upon return to the hotel. Food options were good, however not a lot of variety to choose from. Dining areas between certain hours during breakfast could be filled. Staff were helpful. Overall great experience. Thank you!

Clean rooms, helpful & engaging staff, conveniently located to public transportation, and free breakfast. Unfortunately there was construction in progress during the week of my stay, but it was only on the week day. Weekends were quiet and peaceful. Overall it was a good stay. If you are trans black or gay I will not recommend this plac I requested a early check and was will you pay the 50 as required I was profiled a was told they can hold my luggage but I'm unable to waite inside until a room is available she can clearly see that I just got out of Uber she could have sympathized or anything but it was just awkward hurtful I had to go check into another hotel I could not even cancel remember reservation that was $300 down the drain for nothing

Hotel is nice, clean. Would stay here again. I didn’t have breakfast here. My only complaints would be the shower door was a very loud and squeaky sound when closing it. Also my room door wasn’t shutting and locking. I could just push it open with out a key sometimes and no matter how I shut it, the door would not properly close and lock.

Good reviews are a sham

Nice hotel and clean. Don't leave the area though day or night massive Projects a block away. Water pressure is horrible and stays hot for one half shower. Family of four meant 3 cold showers with horrible water pressure. It's worth hundreds more to stay somewhere elsewhere. Each uber ride from the hotel is NY City touristy areas is 40 bucks to and from.
