The staff is outrageous. I had the best check-in experience EVER. I travel a lot worldwide, and I have never had a so pleasant experience. The hotel area may appear a little weird at first sight, but it is convenient. It is a residential area with a few businesses around. It is less than a five-minute walk to the Queensbridge F subway line, which is ultra-convenient—10 minutes to Rockefeller Center or Bryant Park. I would return to this hotel.

The front desk staff were very nice and welcoming, and house cleaning was on point! Would definitely stay here in the future. The only thing I didn’t like was the parking situation, but the overall stay was great!
