The hotel was newly renovated, the room was kept exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff is super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The free breakfast definitely sets it apart in such a big city. A+++ Recommended!!

The rooms and amenities were very clean, our room was cleaned thoroughly daily, and free breakfast. I took advantage of the orange juice and scrambled eggs. The breakfast doesn’t stand out but it’s free. I like how close it is to manhattan (only 2 stops on the subway and a short walking distance to the station) the outside area is a little rough but once again it’s just a short walk to the subway station. It was a good value for your money.

The pros: easy to locate, nice continental breakfast, responsively hot shower, friendly staff. The cons: old water in the coffee maker, only one towel hook too high to reach in the bathroom, the crib was quite dirty on multiple rails and needed intensive cleaning, a microwave should have been in the room, and the beds slid out of place constantly, making them unsafe.
