We enjoyed our stay. The room (Queen Deluxe) was an adequate size and clean. The bathroom was equally good size and had the amenities we needed. One thing to note is that the room was not very sound proof and being by the elevator we heard a lot of conversations as people passed by the room. Overall the hotel is charming and located in a great part of Manhattan, right next to Washington Park and a couple blocks away from most subway lines.

Such a cute little place! We got there at 8am but check-in wasn't until 3pm. They were able to hold our bags and let use the downstairs bathroom to freshen up and get ready. I would definitely come back!

The room was a little claustrophobic and lacking in appealing decor. A large mirror to reflect light and the small window, some art on the large stark tv wall and replacing the menacing portrait of a man above the bed with something more appealing would improve the room a lot. But the vanity area, closet, and bathroom were nice. I’ve found this hotel to be overpriced compared to others in the area. Especially considering it doesn’t have a restaurant or bar other than the buffet breakfast area. There are other hotels at this price point with more amenities and larger rooms.
