The Franklin is located in a good location, close to museums and wide variety of restaurants. The hotel staff are very welcoming and helpful. Our room was very quiet and clean. The room was small but met our needs.

no heat the first night, they didn't even say sorry, let alone give me a break on the price, it was near 0 outside. That day I forgot my phone in a taxi, then they sent me to a different room and when a friend tried calling 12 times they kept sending the calls to the wrong room or they didn't answer the phone ,my friend kept calling thinking something was wrong, then the lady at the desk started answering then hanging up, person at the desk during the day was very nice
