Decent location, well maintained in terms of cleanliness, friendly staff, and multiple restaurants right on site. Though some of the restaurants are very busy with visitors coming in for just the restaurant. Decent connection to the nyc metro (bus to the Flushing-Main St. station)

The stay is always nice which i have been staying here a couple of times but the more i stay here the more I’m noticing the imperfections. More so the cleanliness aspect where the shower isn’t necessary the cleanest there are mildew spots and the sink border line is not clean. That’s what I’ve noticed which still doesn’t take away from the fact that it is a nice hotel but would like to see more effort when it comes to the cleaning

Room had a great view, was always kept clean, spacious, and had such attentative staff. Location was far from the city but busses, subways, etc. were very close by. Room was quiet, heating was great and on our tv you can stream things or watch Live TV which was nice. The structure of where to go got a bit confusing but once we figured if out it was easy to get around. The shuttle was nice as well. I do wish there was more direction on procedures for things, we were kind of confused about the place the whole trip and it would have been helpful to have in writing, somehow, the expectations for things like the shuttle, buffet, breakfast, etc. We just figured it out by the end of our stay fortunately. Overrall our stay was great, would definitely stay again :)

Staff was amazing. Rooms clean. Bed comfortable. I gave it a 4 because In the double room if someone left out while another person was in the bathroom, within minutes the bathroom light would power off and there was nothing you could do to make it turn back on until the other person returned. Also, the shower floor was extremely slippery and I did have to put a towel on the bottom the next time. I've just never experienced that before.

I had an amazing stay at the voco Fiorello Hotel! From the moment I checked in, the staff made me feel welcomed and taken care of. The customer service was genuinely top-tier, friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was spotless, modern, and super comfortable, with little touches that made the stay feel extra special. The bed was incredibly cozy, and the overall vibe of the hotel was relaxing and stylish.
