It was a quick in and out trip. The shuttle from the airport was quick and easy. We didn’t have an opportunity to have any breakfast as we had to check out early. The room was clean and comfortable.

The staff are super friendly and helpful. It is so haed dealing with the public and they did so with a smile! They go above and beyond from the front desk staff, the cleaning staff and the staff at breakfast!

Christie and Andrew were wonderful at the front desk. They gave suggestions on where to eat and were very responsive to our needs. This hotel is a little bit far out from other stuff. if you like seafood, I would highly recommend the buffet on the fourth floor. There’s a beautiful view from the rooftop restaurant, but you have to buy something to see it.

Loved this hotel! Super clean, in a great location, and just overall really nice. The rooftop breakfast was amazing, and the indoor playground (small extra fee) was a big hit with the kids. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Will definitely stay here again next time I'm back home.

Great staff, karaoke business noise terrible

The staff that checked us in was incredible. Friendly and so helpful. While one person was checking us in, another younger gentleman looked up how to get to Columbia Univ via the M60 bus from the airport. He was already done with his shift! However, there were some things about the facility that were not ideal. The somfy shades did not work well. The shower had some mildew issues and it leaked under the door. But the worst part was we could hear the music from the karaoke business below. The bass was thumping all night long. It made it very difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep.

The shuttle was OK, but I’m not understanding why I’m being charged $100 for the security deposit. I was a solo traveler I went to work I came back. I did not make a mess and there was nothing untidy about the hotel. Please advise.
