Location of this hotel is great, with walking distance to most. BUT it is NOT a 5 star hotel (far from it), at absolute best is it a 4 star hotel, there is nothing luxurious about it and in our room the toilet seat was loss and the showers was leaking. The room was super small, but we are in Manhattan so it is kind of expected but again not in a 5 star hotel. In general we like Virgin Hotels but this one wasn’t good.

Great city views from the room, Hotel has a pool but you'll need to make a reservation ahead of time so don't forget! Friendly staff, great spa services, and great dining and bar areas! all in all a good location!

Not worth it. Better places to stay for less money

Tv didn’t work, then shower head didn’t work, then coffeemaker didn’t work, we didn’t get coffee a couple days, , elevator had problems…kept passing up our floor, the work out room was ok but a treadmill needed fixing …no recumbent bike. Was told my massage was a special for $99 n got charged $130 …turns out there was no special…massage was good but steam room not steamy
