One of the nastiest hotel I ever been to in the city. Looks very good on the outside and is trash on the outside. Check in staff is very rude. All the Spanish staff look High as a kite! Very surprised to see what I seen

My husband and I, booked a last minute stay at the Virgin hotel NYC. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by Denzel at the front desk. He told us about the hotel amenities and even gave us a few perks with our reservation since the rooftop bar we were looking forward to was closed for a private event. Denzel made the check-in process seamless. He was so personalable and had excellent coustomer service. Denzel is truly an asset to the Virgin hotel in New York. The hotel was so swanky, in a prime location and had a beautiful view of the empire state building. Our room was so comfortable, clean and had a amazing view of the city. We will definitely stay here again the next time we are in NYC. 10 out of 10!

An absolute exceptional hotel and staff! This is my third time staying here and is now the only hotel I will stay at when I’m in NYC. I never thought a hotel could actually feel like a home away from home, but this one does. From cleanliness to amenities, they provide it all. The staff has set the bar HIGH. I travel a lot and they stand out among the rest. Their level of service feels truly genuine. They took care of all my needs! Huge shout out to Jestin, Denzel, and Amber! THANK YOU.

Wonderful staff but our room didn’t have the empire view which is what I paid extra for and the thermostat in the room I felt didn’t work well being it was an extremely cold NY winter night I had the heat all the way up to 80 degrees and the thermostat only read 70 degrees seem to be broken and a cold night. But other than those two issues it was ok.
