Always a clean room and friendly staff! We would prefer to go back to the older check-in method and give info directly to staff instead of using the iPad - hard to juggle when you’re dealing with luggage.

Our room was spotless and I liked that the room was straightened up each day with fresh towels and complimentary water refills in the water carafe. Staff was helpful and friendly. As we walked out the front door for a days adventure, we were greeted with "good morning" and "have a good day". That was appreciated. Thank you!

This is our second stay at the property and we have to say that this experience was even better this time. I really enjoyed meeting Tim, the GM this visit. The rooms are very well layed out for comfort and convenience, and very clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. We particularly enjoyed the morning coffees and pastries. We will definitely come again when we visit NYC!

The photos of the room on hotels.com did not accurately represent the room I was given. It was very small with a small window that could not be opened that looked out into a dark internal courtyard. The hotel description states that there is a gym but it is just a small room that can fit one person at a time. As a result, you have to book a time. The treadmill was not working.

Untitled is a cool hotel, but not user friendly. There is no front desk staff to speak of, and you need to check in on your phone (be sure to know your reservation number…I didn’t.) The complementary breakfast is a nice touch. Pastries and a specialty coffee, but nothing with protein.

What a fantastic place! You walk down a graffiti alley into an unassuming door and there is a beautiful artistic hotel. Absolutely would stay again. Can't wait!

Great hotel with a world-class manager, Tim! Clean rooms, cool ambience, convenient to lively neighborhoods and a mind-blowing array of shopping and food. One small issue with our room was met with a caring, immediate and generous response. Love this hotel! Kudos to Tim, the manager!
