Everything about this property was ok except that there is a HORRID smell in the bathrooms. We figured it was coming from the sink, once that was closed the smell was gone. But literally smelled like sewer & death for the first 2 days!

Our stay for my triple celebration of a bachelorette party, bridal shower, and birthday was a huge success! The staff were very accommodating with any needs we had and the beds were spotless clean and comfy! I love that they gave us free drink cards and even wrote congratulations on them. Very thoughtful. The food options and bar area were also diverse in selection. Will be returning.

Summer trip

Westin is a prime location to stay in while you visit other boroughs. The bed was amazing. Housekeeping did a great job each week tidying my room. The complimentary drink vouchers were just what I needed after a long day of walking in the city!

King bed comfortable. Room clean. Lots of traffic noise at night.last morning only had one towel - kind of annoying. Over the weekend only 3 elevators worked out of 6 - therefore very crowded. Staff friendly.
