Water station was too slow and only located in the lobby. Some restaurant and check-in staff were not the most polite. Cafe/market closes too early. Weird to have one vending machine for headphones/tech and another vending machine for jewelry but NO snack/drink vending machines. TV did not have any signal. Cleaning service did great. Appreciated the breakfast voucher, but the food was mediocre. Needs more amenities for the price.

The staff was super friendly. I liked the vouchers given at check in. Room and hotel was very clean. Loved that grand central station was 2blocks an away for easy transportation. Will recommend and definitely stay there again.
