The hotel was very good, although there was not a lot of seating available when waiting for a taxi. The keycard system was a bit temperamental! Breakfast was very disappointing and certainly not worth paying for. There are a few coffee shops nearby.

We recently stayed here for two days and it was an excellent base for lower manhattan, it is just along the road from grand central station so if you are arriving by train would be very convenient The staff were efficient and welcoming, I would stay here again
