We received the room without towels upon arrival. On the second day, only three towels were provided even though the room was booked for four guests. In addition, the breakfast is overpriced for what is offered.

On arrival at 11:30pm, the room had only a king bed and a small sofa—no sofa bed. Promised extra bedding never arrived, so my son, my wife, and I (all around 6'0", with my son 16) were forced to share a single king bed the first night. The next day, the manager moved us to a 2-queen room. The first night, which was the highest-priced ($655.20), was only partially compensated with a $200 adjustment. The first night caused significant inconvenience.

The room was clean. Staff and everything were good. We Just felt a bit deceived because of the pic of the rooms on the website and it was described with city views, which we did not get. Either than that it was good.

We were charged extra to have 3 people in our room. I had to ask more than once to have housekeeping make up the sofa bed. Also in 3 days we never had enough towels, only provided for 2 guests
