I was very disappointed with the night staff, particularly the manager on duty, Amy. She flatly refused to store my luggage for one day, even though I had a confirmed reservation for the following night. Her demeanor was dismissive and borderline confrontational. As a long-time Hilton Honors member, I expect a higher standard of courtesy and professionalism. Experiences like this make me reconsider my loyalty and explore other hotel options for future stays.

Some staff really arrogant some very helpful. They should understand that we are the costumer. We got a small room with backgard view. The hotel is a 5 star hotel and we paid totally about 500 dollar/night and its not worth it. It’s more a good 3 star hotel.

We had a decent stay. Great location. Biggest issue was a safety concern in the bathroom. The glass shower door wasn’t attached properly and would slam so hard, it nearly guillotined my husband’s finger. It cut and bruised both sides. After the incident, we tested it with a thick bar of soap and the door chopped it clean in half. We reported it to the front desk. They didn’t do anything. Reported it again and they sent a manager who offered to give us Hilton points (they didn’t) and some ice. The engineer didn’t fix it. They didn’t change our rooms. Honestly, this could have been a lot worse if it was a kid or someone with smaller fingers. Overall, reflected on the hotel staff and service. This is not a 5-star hotel. The front desk is lazy and borderline slobbish. The doormen will stand and push the handicap button to open the doors for you but not actually greet you. I’d recommend staying anywhere else if you’re expecting or paying for a premium experience.

Got a recently upgraded suite, very large for NYC, was impressed. Service was also very responsive and helpful. There was some construction in the lobby but they isolated i pretty well, didn't impact me nor was there any construction noise at night.
