This Hotel is in a fabulous location with Central Park 2 blocks away easy walk to Time Square and the Subway Station is on the corner from the Hotel. We would highly recommend this Hotel for your next stay in New York

While the hotel and staff was great…there’s no valet parking which when traveling for business is a pain having to self park and retrieve your car while clients are waiting. There’s only 2 elevators so you do have to wait to get up and down which can be difficult when on a time crunch. Rooms were very nice but mine was loud since it faced 57th street. Colleagues stayed in the back and said it was super quiet. Overall a great space just a few drawbacks for me.

The re was no upgrade at all. The elevator did not work so they had us use the service elevator and since everyone was using it at pretty much the same time, people ended up using the stairs.

Overall convenient, but the room is quite noisy if facing the street. The fridge is also loud when working. We have to unplug it and change to a concern room (facing inside without any view) for a quiet sleep.

Great location, very walkable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Our room was on a smaller side, smaller than expected. One thing that we found a bit disappointing was bad showers design. You can only turn the shower on once inside the shower. This was very inconvenient because it would sprinkle cold water all over your face and hair when the shower starts.

Very nice stay

The hotel was really nice. Everything felt newly renovated. Our only complaint was that the bathroom light was motion sensored and in the middle of the night when we went to the bathroom, it went on and was blinding to both the person going to the bathroom and the person trying to sleep! There should be an override to this or simply change the switch to a normal on/off switch.
