Overall, solid property and location. Although we once again, received no upgrade or anything for being a “VIP” member, but I think that’s more on Expedia than the hotel. I’m not sure I’ve ever received the VIP perk. The hotel location is great and the staff were excellent… even giving our 2 year old a stuffed animal upon arrival. Subway is right across the street. Only issue is that the elevator and hallways were hot.

Property was in great location close to the Central Park and metro, as well as many shops and restaurants. Room was clean. However, one of my greatest requirements is a comfortable bed and bed in the room was truly awful, very hard and I kept rolling to the edge the whole night. No sleep and my whole back is killing me now. I would never stay there again because of it.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located right near a bus stop and the subway. It is close to Central Park with a lot of restaurants within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable.

We had a King Deluxe Room. The room was very spacious and clean. We had a nice view of the city. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Whenever you walk past the front desk, everyone says welcome or hello. Time square was about a 15 minute walk and Central Park was like a five minute walk. I love the location. 10/10 highly recommend for you

Hotel located close to Central Park; ideal for people who love recreational activities. Old building though, friendly staff. Provides free water in the room. But just like many NY hotels, very dark outside as its surrounded by other skyscrapers. No natural light at all. I was placed in a room next to the elevator and probably the hot water boiler or AC fan….had to bear with a lot of noise.

We loved our stay at the Quin! Very clean, welcoming, lobby smells amazing, very friendly and helpful staff. We never had to look for anyone to ask for help, they were there ready and waiting! Beds were very comfortable and shower was large and clean. We will definitely want to stay here again and we would recommend to friends! Steps away from Central Park and 6th ave.
