I had a fantastic stay here. From the minute I arrived to the minute I left, the staff was friendly, helpful, and kind. I arrived a little early and was given early check-in and a room upgrade. The room was beautiful! Very clean, elegant, and comfortable. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in the Times Square Area.

I stayed there during fashion week. They were very accommodating, warming welcome, attentive and generous. The manager Ali was very courteous and helping when I had to book an extra day to stay for a night. I would definitely stay again! It was very clean and convenient to everything!

Broadway boutique hotel

The Pearl is a small boutique hotel right in the heart of Midtown (Broadway, Times Square and Rockefeller). Walkable to everything. Staff is nice and helpful and the rooms clean. It is our Go-To.

Very nice staff and a clean room. The room was generously sized. My only complaint was it was impossible regulate the temperature. You can lower the temperature but then the system would kick off, the temperature would rise to an uncomfortable level and then the system would kick back on. Other than that it was a very nice day. The breakfast was a little less than I thought a four-star hotel in Manhattan should provide but it is what it is.

Thisbwas my first time staying ar The Pearl. It's Location is right smack in the middle of the Theater district, next door to one of my favorite restaurants Lillies Victorian. The doormen were friendly, the front desk staff were friendly and accommodating, which is a nice change from the New York attitude you normally receive at other places. The room was a little dated and maybe the color scheme could use an upgrade, Burgundy and Gold makes anything look older than it should. The room was clean, the bed was too. I recommend staying here if you're looking for a decent stay without the obscene charges you see at other hotels
