The location is amazing, proximity to everything! The rooms were large compared to other NYC hotels, as well as being large. The parking is also very convenient and cheap, not to mention the very nice, helpful staff members. Very satisfied with my stay!

We have stayed her several times in the past and love the facilities, central location and friendliness. We especially like the quietness of the 26th floor lounge. However, I was extremely disappointed in the cost of having a casual drink or two. This is NYC, thus I know and expect higher prices in general. With that in mind, I thought $22 for a simple cocktail was extremely over rated. That did include the mandatory tip, which I am not a fan of, as I like to tip based on friendliness & service. I always tip very well & sometimes more when appropriate. I doubt this will change, but I will not revisit a casual drink in this lounge on my future return trips.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were big. The location was perfect for Carnegie Hall and very close walk to Central Park, and not far from Times Square. I would stay again. Only complaint is the elevators took forever! You had to wait sometimes for 15 min for one to come to your floor. They would often bypass the floor or would be completely filled when it arrived. This is one thing at the property that needs fixing.
