The room pictures looks good on Expedia but the actual room is very old and do not match the advert. Room is very dull looking with no lighting above the bed. No hand wash in main bathroom, I paid a lot just for 1 night. It’s definitely not worth the price. Location is closest to time square and luggage parking facility. except this, I don’t like any other things about this property. Checkin time 4 PM is also not good. Staying 1 night checking in for 4 PM and checking out by 11 AM does not make any sense to me.

We had a wonderful stay at The Manhattan Club, despite having to call 911 two times (for unexpected health issues) during our stay. All the staff there went above and beyond in their kindness and helpfulness. In addition, the room itself and the facilities were great. We loved the cozy robes and having a 2-room suite, with 2 full bathrooms. Strongly recommend this place to anyone.

I just loved everything about it. Great room, quaint building, fantastic location. I was there on Christmas Eve and Christmas night, and it was just a wonderful experience. I may actually start a new tradition of staying at the Manhattan Club every year on Dec 24-25!

The room was amazing...spotless and the staff friendly. The only two negatives was the long line for check-in and the elevators had long lines and were slow. Otherwise, it was a great trip and we would stay again.

Very friendly staff, everyone was very helpful. Room was clean and easily accessible. Don’t take a rickshaw in the city without negotiating the cost first. Had an issue when we arrived back at the hotel and Joel and the hotel staff quickly de escalated the situation. Hotel close walking distance to Central Park, Times Square, Rockafeller. Can’t wait to plan another trip and stay at the Manhattan Club, thanks again!

Accommodations were fantastic. While the staff was pleasant, the service was lackluster. Valet parking / check in was difficult upon arrival and impossible upon departure. No help at all from the staff. I would have expected more.
