Well stay was good except rooms definately need microwave. If you buy food or stayed after medical procedure you need a place to warm food. No ice machine even in common area is ridiculous. Surely you can make a common room for ice and microwave on a floor even if its one..

I had a petty excellent stay! Friendly staff (especially the breakfast crew). Room was very clean. Very reasonable place to stay if you're trying to explore Brooklyn and Manhatten on a budget. I had a bit of trouble with the app but the front desk was very helpful in getting me checked in.

I stayed in the cellar and would not recommend it, pay the bit extra for a higher floor. It was incredibly noisy. The doors were constantly being opened and closed and they were very loud fire exit push the bar type doors. I saw staff down there often, they must be accessing rooms down there, supplies and such? There is no carpeting in the hall way or room to absorb any sound and it just carried. I tried to have a nap after checking in because of my early flight and it was impossible. The breakfast is served down there as well so noises started around 6am. It was the noisiest hotel stay I’ve ever had. Maybe a higher floor is better.

The cruise port was close, which was convenient. There was only a vending machine for snacks. A concession stand would have been nice. There was no microwave in the room. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast room was too small, it was over crowded when we were there.

Great value for a clean and comfortable room, welcoming staff, and a breakfast that was tasty and had a variety of options. I was on foot so for some meetings depended on subways around town and the walk from the closest station was about 18 minutes but GPS was accurate so all went well. I would definitely stay there again.
