I enjoyed the coziness of my room. I was surprised this property being part of the Autograph collection, didn’t offer room service, and the food menu in the restaurant left something to be desired. I thought the food menu would be more robust. Excellent location. The beds are comfortable, the water is hot, I guess that’s all that matters.

Rooms are very small but we were only there long enough to sleep so it worked for us. Overall it was very clean but the housekeeping staff never restocked anything. We often had to call for toilet paper over the 7 days there. Location can not be beat! Would stay again

I really liked this hotel for the price, style and high quality of bedding. One complaint is the bar is very expensive and there is no room service. Staff was very kind and accommodating within their limits. Great location!

The room was not what I requested. I requested a king bed and received a double bed. Room was small, old and the safe in the room did not work among other things. I couldn't open the blinds as the window overlooked a patio and privacy wasn't an option

We were looking forward to taking a shower the night we arrived, after a long day, but the hotel had no hot water all evening! THey didn't warn us when we arrived, so after waiting for 10 minutes for the shower to warm up and getting still only cold, we called the front desk. That's when we learned there was none and that they weren't sure when it would be fixed! They offered to waive the $70 "resort fee" to "make up for it" (least they could do) but then when we checked out they reneged and waived only half the fee. Such bad service to not provide the basic service of warm water for a shower, then renege on their minimal offer to remedy it, and expect us to pay full price as if there was no problem.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff was very friendly. The beds were comfortable. We booked a room with a king, but were downgraded to a queen room because apparently no kings were clean. We needed an extra blanket because the bed was just big enough for the two of us, but the blank was not.
