Perfect place for our first time NYC visit

Amazing place for our first ever visit to NYC. Some friends recommended this place, and glad they did. It’s so close to everything. Time Square, Broadway Theaters and subway lines are within minutes walking distance. The room was also very quiet. We figured we would hear all the city noises all night long, but the room was so quiet we didn’t hear a single outside noise over our entire 5 night stay. Was also one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever had and would come back just for the amazing water pressure. The staff was also fantastic as they helped us get our navigation down when we first arrived, and helped us call a taxi when it was time to head back to the airport. Absolutely recommend this place

The staff was amazing. We upgraded our room to the Muse Suite and could not have been more pleased. The suite was huge, for NYC standards, and beds were very comfortable. There was always great water pressure and hot water. Location was a half block from Times Square but yet quiet.

I enjoyed my stay but for a luxury hotel, I was surprised not to have any bottled water in the room not was there a place to buy it in the lobby. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. It felt a little run down but for a quick visit it was good value for the price.

The outside staff was great. Very helpful with the luggage and valet. The desk staff was rude. The stteet was blocked off so I called to ask advice as to how I could access the property due to this abd they said I don’t know just wait. When I had been waiting and driving in circles for two hours already that wasn’t what I wanted to hear. Then they said just park elsewhere and walk which was not an option because my daughter is in a wheelchair I had a lot of luggage and I paid extra for valet parking during my stay. I also asked when I finally did get inside about room service and the restaurant and they told me why didn’t I just walk over to the bar and ask them. Just horrible customer service at the desk. And there was 3 of them standing there talking amount themselves. The room was nice not the room I chose online but still nice. I had two rooms for the night and neither was what I had booked but after the wait to get in I was over it and needed to rest. Also on check out we tipped one guy who helped us with the bags out of the room to them hand us off to another to help us to the street and then another that comes with the car it just wound up being that we had to tip three different people for the luggage which I’ve never encountered at other hotels in the area. Seemed like tger did it intentionally so they’d all make something because the guy that originally came to the room literally said I’ll help you get to your car which he did not do. This isn’t service im used to
