This is a typically tight hotel room in NYC. It was well-appointed and had all the basics covered -- comfortable bed, clean room, mini-fridge. But the elevator could be heard squeaking up and down at all times (had to ask for ear plugs and ran white noise on my computer to get to sleep) and there was a random $30 "destination fee" that was not acknowledged by Expedia or the hotel until it showed up on my portfolio upon checkout.

Room was as shown on the website however lacking in table surfaces for personal items.Ironing board became our entry console! Luggage racks were necessary to use, as our suitcase was our “drawer”. Beds comfy and room was quiet. Breakfast was excellent and staff super helpful and friendly. We would stay here again for a midtown location.

The staff at the Grayson is amazing! Our server for breakfast gave us all the info on places to go, which subway train to take and where to eat for our day out. There was a driver waiting to take us to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable bed, and great view of the city. We will definitely be back again.

The staff was absolutely amazing and super friendly. They were able to get us checked in right away even though we were super early from check in. The rooms were very nice and modernized. Super clean and super comfortable. Can’t forget about the rooftop bar. Will be back 100%. BEST HOTEL!

AMAZING customer service and people in general across the entire staff. Fernando and management in the restaurant upon entry and the doorman were also phenomenal. This customer experience on top of the convenient location can not be beat! I will be staying there again.
