Room was by far smaller than realized it would be. There was no parking facility for the hotel or nearby. We spent 2 nights…each night we were woke up by screaming….have no idea where it was coming from or whom it was coming from… the breakfast bags… keep them ….. they say they provide daily room cleaning…um not true. Would not stay again.

The stay was good except the staff who wasn’t helpful at all, they kept out ID and when we did our check out to pick it up they didn’t haven’t and I have to call hours later and apparently they found it; I had to make a hole trip of 8 hrs just to pick it up cause of that

I was very disappointed and could not follow through with the night stay at the hotel but ended up staying overnight at the airport terminal 4. First it was my understanding that there would be free shuttle bus between the JFK and the hotel but when I called they claimed they don’t have free shuttle bus but Air train could take me to Jamaica. I got as far as Field Circle station and could not continue because the vehicle I was promised to pick me up never arrived and when I called there was no answer so I went back to JFK international airport at about 8:00pm scared in an environment I know nothing about.

The towels were dingy the tub looked dirty the sheets weren't so clean and my child became very sick from the germs in the room after spending a sleepless night there. She still has a fever 24 hrs later. The temperature could not be controlled and it was either too hot or too cold very poor ventilation and the closet had a musty gross smell. The tv remote didn't work well either. No bottled water available anywhere in the hotel. Way too expensive for the quality $123 taxes included. I had the slide the heavy door to get in and out of the property and I have a dislocated right shoulder.

Property was good, clean and the checkin process was seamless. Active construction is taking place next to the hotel so be aware when walking in the general area. Very close to access points such as buses and trains and has a direct connection to the JFK airport via the JFK air train and lyft/uber. Walking distance from food outlets.
