I was very surprised by the state of the room. There was no place to put your clothes or suitcases. It was not super clean. There was a full-size stove oven and full-size refrigerator, but there were no plates or silverware. Neither was there any room to prepare anything if you wanted so it definitely seems that something was seriously lacking. If you really wanted to stay in the room and be able to enjoy the kitchen.. Luckily we were near the rooftop so we were able to go up there where there was coffee at the continental breakfast, but there was little else, some frosted flakes some prepackaged pastry and milk; that was it, no juices or protein of any kind besides some cream cheese. We took the hotel because if it’s location close to the heart of the Flushing Chinatown, and not far from the Long Island railroad station. Also Target and a great shopping center right nearby, so the location was great and the room definitely had potential if there would’ve been a little more thought put into what a traveling person actually needs for several days. I am leaving this mixed review in hopes that the management will see it and take this opportunity to improve the amenities in the room because it actually could be really nice if some thought was put into it, but at this time, the rating is only three stars. Staff was adequate and accommodated as best they could.
