The staff was very friendly and helpful. The facility itself is clean, without frills. Must be close to a fire station or police station because sirens all day and night. Didn't keep me awake though. Would definitely book there again if rates are competitive. No complains.

Amazing hotel! Very nice place, close to everything. Clean, great staff, comfortable with large rooms. The gym was perfect. We will stay here again for sure. No restaurant, but it’s fine because there is so much around.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean. They provided 2 bottles of water each day. The gym is fairly equipped. Wish they had heavier dumbbells.

The location is great if you want to be midtown (for a show, especially). It's nice. I'm not sure it's "luxury," and we got a one bedroom suite wo we could have room for older kids in the living room. Weird thing was: the bathroom was accessed through the bedroom, so you couldn't sleep undisturbed in the bedroom. Otherwise, everything was fine. The extra fees made the cost high, so it was very close to the same price of two separate rooms at a mid-range hotel.
