We had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located in mid/uptown Manhattan with very easy access to restaurants, subway and buses and easy commute to airports. Staff was always friendly, welcoming, we got our room refreshed when needed and always on time.

When I got to my room, I found that one of the drapes would not close -- exposed to rooms across the court way. Someone brought up a key to another room, only left without helping with my bags. There were stairs from my room to the main hallway and elevators. At the new room, the toilet was running, trouble flushing, and the phone didn't work.
