I have never at an hotel so filthy and terrible: the bed cover sheets were visibly dirty, the bathroom had nasty black spots everywhere, the floor was sticky and dirty, their was no wash cloths, their were two different soaps like they were randomly taken from other hotels, the shampoo bottle was different from the conditioner, the toilet cover was loose, and to make matters even worst, when I arrived to the hotel, I waited over 15mns before I could be provided service, and the guest service person was just standing outside. This was such a lesson learned.

Al llegar mi primera impresion fue la falta de limpieza en el lugar en áreas comunes aun así decidí realizar el registro esperando que las habitación estuviera mejor sorpresa al llegar estába sucia el piso pegajoso los vidrios sucios y la bañera manchada y las sábanas parecían sucias y manchadas también y al final me fui y tuve que pagar una noche sin haber dormido allá , pero lo peor fue cuando fui al servicio y le dije de la limpieza su repuesta fue eso es lo que pagaste pagué por un lugar sucio para quedarme , mi peor experiencia

El hotel es horrible, no tienen servicio de limpieza, nunca limpiaron mi cuarto, la máquina de hielo no sirve, el área del microondas estuvo siempre sucio y con mal olor, tuve que pedir toallas limpias ya que no me dieron suficientes para 3 personas, las sábanas estaban sucias y el baño estaba con moho y pelos en la bañera, una estancia horrible no lo recomiendo jamas

It was dirty. The headbroad and the floor was sticky and there was a can of beer in the closet.

The facility worked for our needs, however there's no mini fridges in the room, at least the one I was in. There was no extra rolls or toilet paper, I had to ask. The sheets were stained and the pillows were flat. I requested extra pillows that never came. The staff only came around once for house keeping it was during our second night there. And the biggest issue, was how noisy it was in the morning! Constant doors slamming, children screaming and running down that hall, people talking extremely loud. It was just chaos. However, it worked for me and my parties need, but there are better options out there. One of two nights, okay. But if your stay is long, I'd suggest finding someplace else.

The condition of the beds arent too bad but stains are visible on inspection, the room overall wasnt that dirty. Service was excellent responding to a noise complaint asap.
