very close to the subway (there’s literally one outside of the hotel) and super convenient!! that’s probably the main draw— there’s a lot of food options nearby. service was pretty good, and in our suite the kitchenette/microwave/fridge was helpful for takeout and heating up old food.

I had to stay here one night because my flight was canceled. Room was terrible, wasn't clean, no amenities. I was washing my face in the morning, water was running brown, so gross. No security at the front door. They have a free breakfast yes but they charged you some extra fees when you check out, elevators soo slow. Never stay here again!

Extremely cold in room and couldn’t keep heat. Never got offered another for the two nights. Just a little space heater and on hope of this I am disabled and my skin is affected by this. They said I should have told them about my skin needing heat when I booked the appointment. WOW.

Arrived 2pm and were informed our rooms weren't ready but they'd call us when they were. Walked around for 2 hours and returned to find our rooms were ready but they never informed us. We were a bit late to our dinner reservation as a result. There was trash on the floor, hair on the bathroom mirror and sink, and leftover food in the fridge upon arrival. We were also never informed we had a $15 credit per room per day and overheard another guest mention it. The sofa bed was maybe the most uncomfortable sofa bed I've ever tried. The baggage claim man we encountered was pretty rude and unhelpful, then he didn't give us two of our bags so we had to go back to him. Breakfast was surprisingly better than expected, as we were initially told it was continental, but there were eggs, sausage, and oatmeal. Good location near WTC, Wall Street, and lots of subway lines. Overall, it was fine, but I'd look elsewhere next time.

The staff were professional and accomodating. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-appointed. The bar was well-run and welcoming. The subway is steps away, so the location is convenient to anything you want to do. Great value for dollar! Would stay again.
