Internet was absolutely horrible that their own TVs that were hardwired kept freezing up constantly. Breakfast was pretty bad that a street selling food or a shopping cart was ten times more enjoyable.

Staff was friendly. The walls were scuffed and dirty but not too bad. The room was extremely small. We had to move the chair out of the way to have some walking room and even put our luggage underneath the small counter they had just so we can walk.

Staff was not engaging. I was not aware there was no onsite parking. Walking a block away from a very empty parking garage - alone as a female was a little disturbing. If I would have known there was no onsite parking, I would NOT have chosen this hotel. Your website should be clear. I had no issues, but the shock value was there.

Front Desk employee MD was his usual accommodating and supportive self. He made our family’s stay for the week feel as comfortable as possible. I thought he was the manager, as he seemed to be the person in charge. In my last review, I called him the manager. I realize now that I have never met the manager. I just didn’t expect a non manager to be as invested in the customers welfare as he had been. Wonderful job MD!
