I booked another night’s stay and asked to keep the same room. when I came back that evening my room door was left open after it had been cleaned. My suitcase clothing and property were unprotected. Luckily I had nothing of value in the room and nothing appeared tampered with

The hotel has been cleaned up and the staff is quite nice. Not sure why towels were not changed and replaced in my room or why the coffee and tea was not replaced nor the counter cleaned when there was a bad spill over from the coffee pot. The breakfast seemed ok ish. I tried the bacon and potatoes and eggs but they were awful. I could not eat as there were no other gluten free options.except yogurt.

Good things come in small packages

Was looking for an affordable place to stay for one night for my adult daughter and I. The hotel was clean, the staff was polite and helpful. I think his name was MD or MJ. He was great. The room was TINY. Only one person could walk around the bed at a time without bumping into each other. There was no luggage rack but since we both had carry-on style rolling bags they both fit on the counter across from the foot of the bed. There was no closet but a place to hang clothing was some sort of pipe looking feature over the bedside table in the corner. There was an iron and ironing board but I think you’d have to do it in the bathroom, which was more comfortably sized. Our room overlooked Nostrand Ave but was quiet and although we were right along the elevator shaft I didn’t hear anything. For one night, it was perfect. If I was on my own I could do a few nights. There’s a very affordable parking garage half a block down the street, which is also used for a Target Store so it seemed reasonably well traveled. I didn’t see any vagrants hanging around. Several casual dining options within a few blocks, including Kosher, if that’s important to you.

Good week long stay was good. Safe, Modern, Clean room, good bed, and quiet. The rooms are small but manageable. I only had one issue - One night my sleep was interrupted due to heavy weed smoke coming from next door. As I’m allergic this woke me out of my sleep. I called complained and was pleased by the night staff response.

Excellent stay at Ramada Hotel

My family and I stayed there for 2 days. The staff at front desk/ reception was very professional. Room was very clean. Hotel is centrally located in Brooklyn. I will visit there again. Continental breakfast was also very good.😀

I'm from this area so I know all about it; I was just visiting for a day/night and I chose this hotel because I know how convenient the neighborhood is. I think it was a little too expensive for one night and such a small room, but it's Brooklyn/Flatbush/Midwood so I'm not too surprised. At least they offer free breakfast and the staff are nice. I didn't take pictures of the shower floor, but it was very dirty. I'm glad I had flip flops or else I would not have gotten in.

I was extremely disappointed by the check-in experience at this hotel. Despite presenting a valid credit card with my signature that matched my government-issued ID, the staff refused to accept it solely because my name wasn’t printed on the front. The policy felt unnecessarily pedantic and bureaucratic—prioritizing form over good judgement. It was a clear case of inflexibility, especially since all identifying details matched. The staff showed no willingness to problem-solve or accommodate, which came across as unhelpful. Policies are important, but when enforced in such a draconian and rigid way, they damage the guest experience. I expected customer service from a hotel of this brand.
