Check-in was easy and quick. Room was clean, mattress comfortable. There is a lot of noise, we can hear what they say in the other rooms. We had very loud poeple next door. Was not able to have good night sleep on my first 2 nights because of that!! Breakfast is good, lots of choices but not enough place in the room to eat and very bad that it’s in the basement. Well situated, 5-8 minutes walk to Prospect park subway station and a very nice indoor parking 5 minutes away on Montgomery street (not related to hotel, $). Very bad weed smell in the lobby and elevator, at any time and every day. Would not come back because of that and the noise!!

The facility was not great. The room had poor lighting. Only bright ceiling lights no lamps or bedside reading lamps. Many hard surfaces so it was a noisy hotel and we were also placed in a room right off the lobby were we heard everything and everyone coming and going which resulted in a very poor night’s sleep.

Staff were not friendly, and had to ask about location of breakfast -which by the way is in cellar 1- room was small- only one chair for sitting, bathroom sink incredibly small- property was incredibly clean, and bed was comfortable, no microwave and at first we thought pillows were throw size but turns just tucked into that size, coffee lids did not fit properly, easy to walk to many fast foods places and grocery store

Our room seemed to be recently renovated however there was still pieces of tape stuck to the baseboards and splattered red paint in some areas as well, not to big of a deal to me though as it didn't interfere with our stay there. Cleanliness when we check in was ok sheets seemed like they were clean and everything was tidy but in the bathroom it seemed like they didn’t do a whole lot after the last people that stayed there was random hair in the shower the toilet paper roll was used and it looked like it was rolled around on the floor among other things.The guy at the front desk tends to have a bad attitude, he was a little rude when we checked in but check in was quick and easy, we kept the DND sign up our whole stay as me and the person that was sharing the room with me agreed that we didn’t want people in there while we were gone all day which obviously in return we didn’t get service which makes sense when we came back on day3of our stay I stoped at the desk and asked for a couple things before going on and he very rudely told me to go up to my room and call down for room service so that what we went up and did we called asked for towels and toilet paper very nicely and he mumbled a bunch of nonsense and then it sounded like he was checking the system to see who got service and saw the dnd sign in the notes and lectured us about if we wanted service we can’t have the sign on the door and hung up eventually he came up and was rude again until I said we dont want peoplehere
