New hotel working out details.

This is a new hotel in a part of Brooklyn that is being developed. The room was big and clean but lacked lamps. There was not a desk lamp or beside lamps so lighting was not good. Bathroom was very nice with walk in shower. Breakfast room is very small but fine. Staff seemed inexperienced. I was given the key to an occupied room at first and I still have not gotten my security deposit back. please advise?

Great please

We stayed as a family of four with kids at Ramada in Brooklyn and had a great experience. The hotel is small but cozy, with a warm, home-like atmosphere. Everything was well organized, the staff was friendly, and our room was always clean. The only thing we missed a little was more space in the breakfast area — during busy hours it could get a bit crowded, and people sometimes bumped into each other. But overall, everything felt welcoming and comfortable. A great place for a family stay in New York!

Staff was great and facilities super clean and new. An ironing board and coffee maker were welcome. Lots of security at check in was both reassuring and a bit of a warning. We had a great stay.

We love it, all the staff was very nice and helpful. Just 250 mtrs walk to subway station, burger King just 50 mtrs, McDonald's maybe 100 meters. Over all good. Although no chair for a visitor or seat in reception. Parking is also a issue.

The hotel had no lobby with seats. It didnt feelwelcoming. The elevator looked permanently broken. Sorounding area are empty lots. Didntrecieve courteous service from the front desk. I suspect transients were occupying rooms there

Not what i expected

The bathroom was cleaned completely. I had to clean the toilet and shower. The shower had soap scum on the doors and walls and floor of it. The drain area was dark due to not being scrubbed properly. There were no microwave in the rooms. The free breakfast was not what i expected. Cold cereal and waffles. Microwavable sandwiches is awful. I had to go outside to find me some breakfast
