It was an okay stay. It was in a convenient location from the airport, Central Park, Times Square and shopping in Queens. My main complaint is that they didn't return my security deposit.

Cleanliness 4/10. Bathroom smelled moldy. Pillowcases had stains and bed sheets had cigarette burns. Good place if you need a one or two night stay max. Customer service was 10/10. Lobby was always clean. Rooms were freezing, it felt like we had no heat. Shower was nice and hot.
