The room had many things that needed maintenance - the bedside lamp closest to door could not be turned off until we jammed paper into it (making sleeping impossible); the gasket on shower door was detached so water ran into floor of toilet area; the ceiling lights kept going off; the window shade was off the track and had to be fixed; when you finished your shower, you could not slide the door open without help from another. We were amazed that so many things could be neglected without repairing them!

Easy, efficient check in; friendly and helpful staff. Room was comfortable but ventilation system was noisy. Bed was rather hard. Bar was nice - delicious cocktails but I wish some food - even snacks like nuts - were offered after the kitchen closes at 10 pm.

Location wise the hotel is great! Right in the middle of everything and walkable! Lobby is small but clean and modern. The room however is very small which is fine if you’re good with just the basics ( shower, toilet, sink, bed). A big downside to this room is that the bed was very hard and uncomfortable to sleep on. I would describe it as sleeping on a flat board with a few blankets laid on top. So if you’re looking to get some relief after a long flight wouldn’t recommend it.

Despite being in the heart of Times Square, the atmosphere inside was calm and relaxing. The staff provided exceptional service, friendly, attentive, and professional from check-in to checkout. My room was thoughtfully designed, maximizing space without sacrificing comfort. The bed was comfortable. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Motto by Hilton is an excellent choice.
