The rooms are small, but that’s the least of the problems. This hotel piles on junk fees disguised as “destination fees” that are not made clear at check-in. At the desk they explained the incidental hold in detail, yet said nothing about daily mandatory charges. That omission feels misleading and dishonest.
Equally disappointing is the staff. Many come across as patronising, disengaged, and dismissive. Basic courtesy like “sorry,” “thank you,” or “have a nice day” seems beyond them. When I called to question the fees, the call was cut short with a blunt “okay” before being hung up on. That sums up the level of “hospitality” on offer.
Hilton allows its name to sit above this property, but the standards fall far below what one would expect. Between the hidden fees, lack of respect, and unwelcoming service, this hotel is a serious disappointment.
Take your money elsewhere. It isn’t worth it.
