When I got there there were cops all over the place because some major crime was just committed. The place was very dirty with pest crawling all over the place. Staff was very disrespectful and hostile. It was in a very ran down neighborhood in Brooklyn NY, and it was not as advertised.

Shower door would not stay closed kept opening had to shove a towel in sliding door to keep it closed then the bathroom sink water came out brown when first used also no clock in room and was never given a WiFi password also no ice no breakfast horrible parking
