A sunny restored 1880's brownstone Home on a beautiful tree lined block only 2 blocks from the subway (F & G trains 4, 5, 2, 3 trains about 15 block walk). This apartment is located in a 3-family house. Your apartment is on the basement and first level. Back yard is accessible through the house only.
Our home is located on Sackett Street between Court and Smith Streets in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn.
Within a blocks walk there are Thai, Italian, Cuban, Caribbean, Chinese, Indian, Middle Eastern restaurants as well as a new wine bar and pubs. Sushi, French Provincial, French bistro, and amazing pizza are nearby. The neighborhood also has plenty of groceries, delis, vegetable stands, fish markets, and butcher shops nearby, including great Italian markets reflecting the neighborhoods Italian-American heritage.
This apartment has been fully restored for all your modern conveniences while leaving the charm of the 1880 brownstone. There are 2 bedrooms (King & Queen beds) & 2 full bathrooms. There is a non-working fireplace, and large backyard with outdoor furniture, dining table & chairs as well as gas outdoor fire pit & gas heater. AC split system is provided for the steamy summer days.
Cable TV with premium channels, free Wi-Fi, full kitchen with microwave/ convection oven, large gas oven, gas cook top, dishwasher, toaster, drip coffee pot & Nespresso coffee machine.
There is a Miele washer & dryer for your use. Iron and ironing board provided.
