Enjoy a stylish experience in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. This 3-storey walk-up is located in restaurant row (46 st btwn 8/9th ave). Two blocks from Time Square at the heart of the Theater District with tons of restaurants to choose from.
Apartment features a newly-updated bathroom, wooden floor, work desk, couch, High performance Wi-Fi and separate kitchen. A comfortable bed and tons of sunlight with 2 large windows facing the street.
NOTE: Check-in after 3pm; check-out by 11am

Note that this space faces the restaurant row, so ambient street sounds may be heard in the apartment. On the weekend evenings, you may hear restaurant sounds from below.
As described above, this is a walkup building: you will have to be able to carry your luggage up 2 flights of stairs, as is standard in NYC pre-war buildings.
In the winter, this space is heated by radiator heat that is controlled by the building. You will not be able to control the radiator settings.
