The Palace never disappoints! This is our favourite place to stay in NYC for so many reasons. It’s a perfect location with beautiful rooms and a huge lobby. The courtyard is great as well. Walking distance to many places and close to the subway and Grand Central.

This was the best hotel that we have ever stayed in NYC. The location was perfect. Walkable to Central Park, Times Square, 5th and other popular venues. The room was amazing. A Tower suite overlooking St Patrick’s Cathedral. Fantastic size with large bathroom, wardrobe, lounge/dining space and bedroom. Superb.

We arrived to a room that had glass shards all over the bathroom floor and clearly had not been washed or cleaned well before our arrival. Surprised to see no in room coffee, no basics even (no bottle opener,) terribly small beds, old and tattered finishings. The shower was plugged and water wouldn’t flow through - overall NOT as advertised or anything that we paid for. Would not recommend.
