We had a wonderful visit at Lotte. The location is perfect. We loved our room (King overlooking St. Patrick's - gorgeous view). It's a beautiful building! We enjoyed having a nightcap in the bar, and the coffee shop was very convenient. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location with superb service. The highlight was the Rarities bar that was perfect to entertain colleagues/friends from Japan. And my room overlooked St Patrick’s Cathedral.

Second time staying here in the last two months and third for my husband. This time our room was nicer (more sun light, in better shape and smelled nice) I love the view of the Cathedral and most of the staff were polite and willing to help. We travel often to NYC and had stayed at many hotels but Lotte Palace has become our favorite hotel in NYC we will definitely stay here again.

The Lotte was a fabulous hotel to stay! Location is perfect for walking to all the best stores, and also to restaurants. Room was spacious and clean. Staff was helpful. I would stay there again!

Amazing hotel! Every detail was perfect! We flew in hours before check in and they allowed us to check in early at no extra charged! The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly! The room was so beautiful. Our tv wasn’t working so we called front desk… someone was up within 5 mins… couldn’t fix the tv so he brought us a new one! It was all done within 15 mins. The hotel smells great! The shower products were so luxurious. This hotel was worth every penny! Thank you so much for making our 10 year anniversary special!

The Lotte is more than a hotel, it’s an experience. Exudes elegance and checks every box. The dining is truly 5 star and while not inexpensive, the quality and presentation are first class The lady at reception could have been a little more friendly, but aside from that, I would definitely stay here again.
