Went to take a shower but no hot water, tried calling front desk but no answer. Went downstairs and was told it takes 10minutes for the water to heat up. Then a little later the fire alarm went off, decided to walk across to the cafe. Overall average stay.

Easy to check in and check out , atmosphere was calm & quiet within the rooms : of course it’s New York and they decided to make noise outside cleaning the snow so couldn’t sleep much but the place was nice , cozy close to everything , parking is close by & the beds are cozy

Rooms are very small, very clean, good coffee and croissants in lobby. Window of our room looked directly in to another rooms’ window, but just close your blinds. Roof deck was very nice but anable to enjoy because it was so cold. This is def the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in.
