Nicely appointed rooms, comfortable beds, spacious for NYC. Clean. Nice views. Easy check in and easy walk to the train station to NYC. I will book again. A few homeless people nearby but property felt safe. Hotel should stay reasonable because of this. Lobby could use a refresh.

Good stay for a night or two in NYC! Close to N/W Subway for quick access to Manhattan. The property is older so the rooms are small and furniture isn't as modern but well maintained and clean. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Would recommend/stay here again.

The hotel was perfect for what I needed, a place to sleep and shower while there for training. Clean room, friendly staff, and everything worked the way it should. I liked the convenience to LIC, very walkable. Probably comparable to other streets in NYC, it’s a bit dirty and had some homeless people, but I felt relatively safe walking in the morning and evening. Great stay, thank you!

They charged me $40 because I checked in at 11:30 PM for parking and another $40 for the next day. The AC was terrible and would not let you turn down the thermostat below 68 Degrees and the temp in the room never went below 74 Degrees. I should get 1 day of parking fee returned and a discount on the AC not working.
