The hotel is close to Penn Station, so is very handy if getting the Long Island Railroad in from JFK via Jamaica. I arrived earlier than my check in time of 4pm (which does seem a bit late in the day, but I realise rooms need to be cleaned) - I was able to store my bags with no problem, but there was a small issue when the staff couldn't find the key to the luggage room when I came back to check in - all sorted in the end, though. The staff were all friendly, though. The street is right in Korea Town, so plenty of food options available!

We loved the hotel! The staff was very nice and out room was extremely clean. Our only suggestion would be to put air diverters on the AC vent to have thr air go toward the bed. The vent was right inside the door, so the room got a little warm.

Overall, it's a nice hotel. Staff are friendly and the room is quiet enough given you're in Manhattan. There's just a few things that were a bit off with the room. The sink counter seems to be installed at an angle so any drips roll straight to the floor

Incredible location. Although not cheap, we saved a fortune on Uber and Taxis given the proximity to Penn Station and the subway lines. Room was very large for midtown. Breakfast a little basic but did the job.

Great hotel with a nice size room. Area is away from hustle and bustle from Times Square. 5 minutes walk from Penn station. 2 minutes walk from nearest subway(Herald square) The free breakfast is ok we just had toast on the days we used it . Free tea and coffee available all day till 6pm. Staff were great & really helpful when we needed them. Room was cleaned daily. The only negative to cleaning we had is the air vents on the ceiling in the room for air conditioning were absolutely full of dust. But apart from that everything was spot on. We have stopped at 4 different hotels in the last 4 years in NYC and must say this one is at top for location and quality. WiFi is excellent in hotel and free mini fridge/Iron/Ironing in the room .They also store your luggage free of charge if you arrive early(before check in or leaving late after check Out) We would definitely come back to this hotel again if/when we returned to NYC .

Still amazing every visit!

Great checkin, the staff is always friendly and helpful to hold your belongings if your early and want to explore. Its like coming home. The room is always cozy, clean and quiet. Best stay for a great price!
