It started out ok, may be only book this place for less than 3 day trips. Housekeeping is slow and poor, I had to be moved to a new room cause they didn’t clean mine two days in a row. Both times I entered the room for the first time the shower was dirty. Smoke alarms are cheap, manager tried to blame me for it when it went off while I was showering. I liked the fact that it was in a residential area, though I could see it being “the hood” to some. Everyone was down to earth and the locals are kind. Saw multiple other guests complain about cleanliness as well. Overall, it was affordable, decent and safe. But I wasn’t wow’d.

The Building itself was pretty nice and seemed new the staff was pretty nice and the room was good except for a few small things like the bathroom door didn’t close all the way which was weird, other than that it’s a bit shady the area around the hotel not necessarily unsafe but didn’t rlly feel comfortable walking around, as well as no hotel parking only street.

There were bugs all inside the property, don’t stay here. Was originally on the fourth floor and saw a roach on the bed. Then got moved to the fifth floor and immediately saw another roach…Just moved to the 13th floor and prayed for my sanity 😭. There are also weird bugs crawling on the floors of the lobby. The whole place needs exterminated.

Although it is decent and comfortable hotel, the parking is horrible. It does save on parking garage fees but street parking is a hit or miss. In addition to that we found roaches. One sighting was in the bathroom and the second sighting was in the common area where the coffee and breakfast breads were served right on top of the sugar bins. The staff is nice it’s just the critters and parking.

The staff is good. But they also know this place is unsafe. They recommended me to take an uber. Terrible locality. No dining or cafes near by. No room service. No food in the hotel. The bed was good. The rooms are new. No water provided. The phone does not work. Water clogging in the bathroom
