Close to subway

Very convenient location, close to multiple subway lines. With only 2 elevators, long waits to go up and down. Mattress a little soft for me.

Close to Financial District

Very conveniently located near Wall Street and the Financial District . Also close to the historic Trinity Church. Other than fighting with the thermostat in my room, had a good stay.

Great room except for shower & respose

Love the view, location, & comfort of the room. Shower had a leak which was made known immediately. Was told maintenance would look into it. This never happened during our 3 night stay, no off of room reassignment. Had to use 9+towels per day to mop flooding from shower. At check out we were comped our bottled water we charges to room, would have appreciated more for the hassle & inconvenience.

Hotel Indigo, Financial District was incredibly quiet! They sure set a very high bar for other hotels. From the first to the last, the front desk was helpful and accommodating, notably Christopher. The beds wears comfortable, and having firm and soft pillows already on them made sleep all the more comfortable. I appreciated that so much was within walking distance, especially While Foods for healthier snacks. Walked to Pier 17 for a concert on The Rooftop. Took a subway to see Hamilton near Times Square then took the subway to JFK. The location couldn't be better for subway use and touristy stuff. Even walked across the Brooklyn Bridge from the hotel. Fantabulous location.

A very comfortable, nicely appointed room. We did have a few minor issues like requests for more caffeinated coffee in the room that were not fulfilled and one poor experience with Happy Hour in the Half Moon. But, everyone was pleasant, the location is great, and it's an attractive hotel with comfortable rooms.

This property was everything the reviews said it would be — and more. The hotel was spotless, and the customer service was truly top-notch. The staff was friendly, attentive, and very accommodating whenever we needed anything. While the rooms are on the smaller side, they’re perfectly sized for two people and thoughtfully laid out for comfort. The real highlight is the location — right in the heart of the Financial District. We were within walking distance to so much, and only a 20–30 minute Lyft ride from major attractions and iconic spots like the Louis Vuitton restaurant. My wife and I had a great stay and will definitely be booking here again on our next trip to NYC!

Room was huge! Bathroom was clean and also very large. The entire hotel was cozy and clean. Also, very safe. You have to use your room key card to even enter the elevator, which made staying there even more relaxing. Excellent location for 9/11 museum, statue of Liberty etc.

Good location for main attraction in lower Manhatt

I stayed this summer with family. Hotel is conveniently located in lower Manhattan near attractions I was going to. Various Subway stations are nearby and grocery stores for purchasing snacks. The financial district also has a great selection of restaurants/ bakeries. I ate at hotel which was good quality food and great service. Hotel lobby is a comfortable space to rest while planning my day. Which hotel would offer a water fountain or flavored water for guests. Overall I was pleased with hotel selection.
Bathroom is very spacious for handicap access. Drawback is the shower curtain makes water splash all over the floor.

Double Queen bed room on 5th floor. Spacious for 3 adults. Nice linens and daily housekeeping. Room equipped with safe, small refrigerator and coffee maker.
