Nice little hotel in Brooklyn. It has parking, so perfect for someone driving from out of state. Very close to Subway station. It is right next to Subway tracks, but frequency of the train at nights is low, so was not a huge problem.

Absolutely, horrible experience that I had at this place. It was a nightmare. I can't believe that what happened to me is actually a real thing. There's something out of a movie, and I can't believe that they would do this to a guest of theirs.I felt so violated. I came to my room after a day of work, to find all of my personal belongings removed from my room that i'm renting. . Went down to the front desk to ask what happened and got two different answers, both of which were lies. Neither of them validated the reason for them violating my privacy and touching my personal belongings. On top of that, they threw a water bottle inside of my clothes and completely drenched all of my shirts and I had nothing to wear that evening, then I came home from work. I then continued to ask who the manager was and I couldn't get a straight answer from anybody. Finally, when I got in touch with the supervisor he said he would meet me at 7 AM. At the hotel, to show me a video of my room being open, which is why they move my things, which still doesn't make sense. He finally never showed up, and I had to call him and ask him why he didn't know. Meet me as he promised and his reason was I was late. I then called back and told him that we need to find a resolution because this is not okay with me. I also contacted Expedia, which is working on. Getting back to me. However, this hotel is shady. They're untruthful things, very dishonest. They've made promises to call me back, and they haven't, they

clean simple rooms and booking and check in-out were easy so in general a good cheap hotel. The LIRR train outside my window starting up at 4am was quite loud which was the main drawback

No place to put your clothes in the room. No dresser, no closets. No hand towels to wash your face. Mattress bed was hard. Sleeping uncomfortable. But worst of all, when I didn't seed the full three days there, I asked the desk clerk for a refund and they replied yes, just contact Expedia. I did. Expedia contacted the hotel and they refused to return my money. Expedia great, Hotel Mirage bad.

The entire floor and our room stank of weed. If you need a cheap place to stay this is decent quality. But next time we’ll probably be spending the extra few hundred bucks for a higher end experience. Motel vibes

It was okay. It was a quick stay. The staff was friendly. However, i didn't have no washcloths so I had to ask for it. The sheets weren't not fit sheets. The shower drainage was not working properly.

I’m writing this for the second time because they erased the first. This hotel was unsafe and unsanitary. The room was very dirty, the carpet disgusting. The sheets and comforters were dirty, smelled bad and had old takeout food on them, Chinese rice, for example. The towels were dirty and stained. The security lock was broken and I had to put my suitcase and a chair in front of it to feel safe enough to sleep. There were cute tips on the floor. People in their rooms on the floor floor were smoking both pot and cigarettes so it smelled really bad. And in my second room, they moved me too, in the middle of the night, one of the tenants was banging on the door of the room next to me and screaming. I would never recommend this hotel. I have photos, but they are difficult to upload , and the site keeps throwing me off.

Despite what you might see on Hotels.com, this hotel was unsafe and unsanitary, misrepresented in the description and the photos. I arrived late at night on a work trip and my room was filthy dirty. Dirty sheets with dried, take out food on the sheets and comforter, dirty towels, a broken security lock, smells of both pot and cigarettes in the hallways, used Q-tips on the carpet. It was too late to find another hotel and so I slept in my clothes on top of one sheet. It was Worse than a youth hostel from the 80s. At night, it is very unsafe to walk alone.

Staff was super friendly! The place is no Hilton or Marriott but to rest at the end of the day without the Hilton or Marriott price tag works. Disappointing that I had used toiletries in the room and the floor was not all that clean. A few notes, you can hear the train so if you are a light sleeper this place might not be for you. No closet, rooms are small.
