Would never go back...

Just awful...staff couldn't care less about the guests, they were always on their phones. A whole bunch of noise in the hallway at all hours of the day. Bathroom wasn't too clean. And you hear the elevated train all night every 5 to 15 minutes.

Do not come here. This is a horrible hotel. They gave us a room where the windows didn’t close. In June. The heat at night is not ok, the noise from the street even worst. We came for a one night stay, and when we aked help for the window, the staff said “we’ll have somebody fix it tomorrow”. No support, not even a “sorry”. They only said they were fully occupied. Paid USD 200 for a noisy and hot room. And frankly, they knew this window was broken, its clear from any angle. Again, do not stay here.
