Convenient hotel and very comfortable. Very clean and well kept. The gym was nice and breakfast was decent. All the employees were professional, cheerful and helpful. I will definitely add this to my list of places to return to when I’m in the area. Lots of restaurants around and it felt mostly safe. The parking garage was a little full but great to have that option.

The property location was perfect less than 2 miles from my son, his wife and my granddaughter. Street parking was very difficult as there was fire zones and no standing zones and unfortunately I ended up getting a $95 parking ticket. The hotel was very nice. Breakfast was from OK to very good. The rooms are very nice the bathrooms, especially it was nice having shampoo, moisturizer, and body wash as well as hand soap then using your own. Lock screen TV was relatively easy to manage to find channels that I was looking for and my interaction with staff was very good. Everyone was very nice and very helpful when I make my next trip to New York from North Carolina. I will most likely stay there again.

Nice stay

I was in New York for my transit late check in. Airport shuttle bus is what i’m looking for and it as my expected. Staff were friendly and shuttle bus driver was super nice.

The room and area in and around the hotel is very clean. The staff are exceptional and very accommodating. I had to stay there unexpectedly for two days and the staff were wonderful!!
