Missing basis amenities and hospitality

After staying in the hotel one night, I thought I would have received basic room service or asked If I needed fresh towels, etc. I did not. Later, I discovered the room was missing basic amenities that they claimed they would have, such as an Iron. When I called to informed them, I was told" That room is not going to come with one." When I asked for a credit, I was told to come downstairs and pick up one. Not that they would bring me one. After getting dressed and going downstairs, the front desk clerk got nasty with me. After I returned to room, discovered iron did not work. I informed the front desk in morning. I received a new iron and room service. The mysteriously found a new one. Everyday I stayed there, I had to get key recharged for room access. Hotel was missing basic security. Front desk clerks sat at desk doing their hair and talking on the phone.

Nice staff but horrible accommodations

The staff were pleasant, but the accommodations were bad and not what was expected from a holiday inn. The room was dirty. I asked the staff to clean the bathroom because the shower was filthy with hairs through the shower and bathroom and with dried dirt stains around the toilet, but the next day it was the same.

nice hotel for a reasonable price

Rooms are nice and clean. I like the fact that you can open the window to let the natural air come in through the room. Beds were comfy. . Had to go down to the desk to get extra towels, and the young lady at the desk was not happy that I was asking her to get me towels. I also asked for more toilet paper. It was half of a roll of toilet paper in the room . Body wash bottle was empty inside the shower so I had to go buy my own soap because when I asked to have it replenished, no one showed up. I live in Atlanta, Georgia and my flight going back to Atlanta wasn’t until 10 PM so I asked the desk clerk for a 1 o’clock check out she said that would be fine but then on the morning of I received a phone call at 11 o’clock stating that check out was at 11 and that I would have to pay to stay another night. The young lady on the phone was extremely rude, but after I had explained to her I spoke to someone earlier probably her that I got an extension till 1 PM. She changed her attitude.

Hotel is very modern and up to date. The room was pretty clean it’s not squeaky clean but it wasn’t dirty. No complaints about my stay. Didn’t get to try the breakfast but it did smell really good
