Furniture needs upgrade , Duck tape on Mirror to hide cracks . not a good look . Dust in the corners on carpet like a Vacuum never touched it. Bathroom toilet seat missing cap covers you see all the residue . Wash clothes that was giving looks like cleaning rags , overall cleaning crew need to do better. by the way I was room 418 . Staff was average

The location in Brooklyn was good. The lobby is rundown and needs to be revised. It’s cold worn out and dirty.. the room, however, was recently remodeled and was nicely appointed with a new clean, well functioning, bathroom, and heating and cooling, which was excellent. Unfortunately multiple guests on our floor enjoy smoking cannabis and the entire floor smelled of skunk weed which is not pleasant. The breakfast was not worth the money as something simple as hot chocolate had to be purchased extra and don’t bother to order an omelette because they have no idea how to cook it. The staff, however, was very pleasant, helpful, and courteous..
