We recently stayed at Hard Rock Hotel New York as a group of 3 adults and one child under 2 years old. While the location is great and the vibe of the hotel is lively, the room itself was a big letdown. We were told the beds were queen size, but they were noticeably smaller—definitely not true queens. With a stroller and three carry-ons, the room felt extremely cramped and not family-friendly at all. It was difficult to move around comfortably, and there was barely any space to store our things. If you’re traveling with even a small group or young child, be prepared for very tight quarters.

Awesome experience. Staff was awesome and room was clean. Great location near Times Square. We walked to Central Park and then the next day took the subway ( very close station to hotel) down to battery park and Statue of Liberty, then walked back to the hotel. For us the location was awesome, and would stay here again!

Fantastic lobby & bars in this hotel, very conveniently located a stones throw from time square- making it super easy to get around on foot, but also placed in the middle of the city for Ubers. Staff were always super friendly, room service was quick, rooms were compact but still well done with enough space for staying 6 nights with large luggage.

We had a short stay at the Hard Rock Hotel in New York from 30th April-3rd May 2025 - the hotel was great! The bed was really comfortable, the room was spacious enough for the short stay, the shower was fantastic, bottled water was provided daily, the room was equipped with a hairdryer, coffee machine, plenty of towels, extra pillows etc. overall the room was 10/10. Being in the hotel, you would not know this was just off Times Square, as soon as you entered the lobby the noise of the outside world disappeared & you were greeted with great music. Every elevator had music playing, however again this could not be heard anywhere it wasn’t meant to be. The rooms themselves were very quiet too - we heard no outside noise. Every member of the team we spoke to was very friendly & helpful. The location was amazing, everything we needed was a short walk away, whether this was food/drinks/subway stations etc. the location was great! We would definitely recommend the Hard Rock Hotel in New York & hope to return ourselves one day!
