Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Hotel is a very convenient location, but the decor dated and very worn. Beds were very hard and uncomfortable and linens have clearly been in service for a while. Room was clean, but amenities limited. Staff was courteous. There was a notice regarding ongoing renovations, so I hope this property gets the full upgrade it deserves.

I’ve been to NYC a couple of times, but this visit was truly different thanks to the exceptional customer service from Victoria. She always greeted my family and me with a warm smile and was incredibly knowledgeable—her recommendations were always spot on! What really stood out was how thoughtful she was when I mentioned it was my daughter’s birthday trip. After a long day exploring Central Park, we returned to find our room beautifully decorated with balloons and a cupcake waiting—an absolute highlight for my daughter! Victoria went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She’s a true asset to the team, and we’ll definitely be coming back thanks to her amazing hospitality.
