Excellent experience. Check-in was quick, professional, and pleasant. The suite was wonderful. It was absolutely spotless and spacious, setting the perfect tone for an elegant escape. The view of downtown Brooklyn was refreshing in the height of winter. I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting New York City, perfect location with a lot of good sights within walking distance. Thank you to Katherine and Alicia for answering our questions, accommodating our requests, and ensuring we had a phenomenal evening.

Room was super clean. Small and hot at night but we were able to crack the window and we didn't expect a huge room. Staff very friendly and helpful. Had dinner in the restaurant one night and it was excellent. Great location!

The room was comfortable and clean. The convenience of the hotel is a big draw: walk to downtown Brooklyn or get the subway or a cab to Manhattan - all right there. The hotel staff is top notch and delightful.
