The place was great. The whole family had a lovely time. Staff was great. The only thing I did not like was that out room was not ready when we wanted to check in. It was past the check-in time but we had to wait for them to make sure it was ready.

We showed up 3 hours after our check-in time (mostly due to traffic) and we were told by the woman behind the desk that we needed to wait while she checked in with the maids to make sure the room was ready. We waited a good 15 minutes before another employee asked if he could help us and gave us the keys to our room. We also paid extra for a room with a balcony which was frozen shut by snow. We told the front desk and they sent someone up to take a look but he said there was nothing he could do. Why are we charging more money for balconies if they can't be used? The check out also said it was at 12pm and around 11:00 a maid came to our room knocking on the door asking when we would be leaving. I thought that was strange as well. I understand this must be a busy location but I would have thought it would have ran smoother than that.
