The place reeks of smoke & the comforter was littered with burn marks/holes, though I'd chalk that up to the other clientele. Staff was great & the builders did a great job on the interior. Bathroom was beautiful and the shower was top tier. TV had every app/channel you'd want. I'd say the only thing missing was a clock/alarm for the room. Other than that, great value for your dollar if you need a room for a night

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This hotel is turning away military soldiers upon check in, and refusing to refund pre paid reservations. Expedia, who this was inadvertently booked through offered a refund but needed the hotel to authorize it. The hotel refuses to get back to Expedia and remains unresponsive with no refund!! If no refund is issued today I will be disputing the charge with my bank and filling a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission.

No outside disability access ramp. Particular female staff member was rude to me. Bombarded my phone to return after I canceled a subsequent reservation. Amenities not worth price of hote. Bad area of Bronx. Close to transportation. No parking.

When I arrived the room as not ready even though I was doing a late check in. There was not water at the room. The water dispenser machine was not working. The room and hallways smell like cigarette and the insulation of the room is terrible every single noise goes through, the train that is across the street the people talking at the hallway, every single noise can be heard on the room. The lady at the reception was kind and she was doing her best to assist the customer with water as both of the machines were out off service
