The bathroom and shower were dirty upon checking in. Heater did not work at all. Staff was not present at front desk entire time there. Tons of trash bags in hallway when checking into room. Over all not clean and FREEZING.

I’ve traveled extensively around the world, and this is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Dirty rooms, sticky floors, and overall poor cleanliness. Charging $400 for a Saturday night is completely unjustifiable. This place is unacceptable.

Heat went out the first night and only a portable space heater was provided rather than fixing the heat. Incredibly dangerous to leave all night running. Manager never reached out about the problem and the hotel was sold out so I couldn’t be moved to a different room. Male working the front desk was rude and didn’t help at all. Should have been refunded for the entire week but got charged for one night with no heat.
