Welcome to my new cozy 3 bedroom/1.5 bathroom abode. Perfect for groups of families or friends alike, this 850 square foot apartment is nestled in the Sugar Hill Section of Upper Manhattan steps to the subway and local food hotspots. The apartment is unique as majority of rentals in NYC don't have private backyards; yours does! The kitchen is full stocked with all essentials and there are loungers in the living area to sit back and watch TV. I am confident you'll enjoy the place. :)
