Room was clean. Small, as expected for NY, but not tiny. They proactively reached out to confirm my check-in time, which was great because my flight was severely delayed. Only issue was noise of other occupants. A group gathering that lasted until midnight in the room next door was annoying. But, I liked the walking distance to a decent bagel shop and good grocery store at the end of the block.

Rented a room for my birthday and it was very peaceful and quiet. I had a corner room with balcony which gave us a very beautiful view of the city. The jacuzzi style tub was also pleasurable. Will definitely book again.

Property is represented with lovely pictures on Hotels.com, but it reality it is in an awful part of town and it is a dump. Parking is 6 blocks away and also in an awful part of town. Would not recommend.

I enjoyed my stay, the hotel was really clean and nice. The staff was very friendly! The only issue was parking. We eventually got lucky and found a spot. We utilized Lyft so we didn't have to drive until we left. Overall very good experience, definitely will return!

Hotel close to Pratt Institute

Quiet hotel, short walking distance to lots of variety for eating establishments especially Myrtle St. Bathroom toiletries where skimpy. Outside street is very busy and narrow with commercial establishments. Staff responsive to any questions we had
